Terms and Conditions of Sale :

Payment Terms -

- Full payment is required along with the order.

Delivery -

- Usual delivery time for Our OBC Collection is 7 days from the date of receipt of payment. 24 hrs delivery is normally possible   (subject to feasibility).
- For Bed Studio collection, the usual delivery time is 12 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
- For Wood Beds collection delivery time, please inquire us at email address - enquiries@obc-uk.net or call us at Telephone –   +44 207 3511955 or +44 781 1156403.
- For Luxury Mattress Collection the usual deliver time is 4 weeks from the date of receipt of payment.
- Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified on the original order.
- Delivery will normally take place within the timescales estimated on the order acknowledgement however this is only an estimate    and time shall not be the essence of any order.

Guarantees -

- All Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of twelve months from the date of delivery. This guarantee    is not related to normal wear and tear of usage.
- Once goods have been delivered we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the goods thereafter. Any damage arising    because of delivery must be notified within 48 hrs of delivery.

Taxes and duties -

Local Taxes and Duties are Not included in the Prices and are to be paid extra.

Limitations of Liability -

- Our total liability concerning the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods or 1000 GBP (whichever is   less).
