Support Bed Frame

For those occasions when it is desired that the bedstead is to be used with a platform bed base and mattress combination, a Support Bed Frame option should be specified.

This is a very simple but traditionally popular configuration whereby the sturdy support rails are affixed to the head and foot end of the bedstead at the lowest height setting to ensure that the correct sleeping height is achieved.

The upholstered platform bed base sits securely on this rigid tubular metal platform and the mattress rests on top of the bed base.
